The Guild Blend
Cocoa • Brown Sugar • Hazelnut
At Guilder, we believe that great coffee is a team effort. This blend is a reflection of the magic that happens when many people unite in pursuit of a common goal: crafting quality-driven coffee experiences that bring people together.
While the components of this blend evolve with the seasons, the flavor profile remains familiar and comforting, offering consistency you can count on. It is designed to be enjoyed as both an exceptional espresso and a cozy, approachable cup of filter, however you choose to experience it.
Espresso Parameters We recommend a traditional 1:2 brewing ratio to best balance texture and clarity. This profile creates an espresso that stands beautifully on its own or pairs seamlessly with milk.

Coffee "C Market" Price - $2.15
Coffee is a globally traded commodity. As such, there is a market for trading coffee futures. This market price fluctuates based on many factors, but especially supply and demand. While, we do not buy many coffees based on the C Market, it does impact how coffee we purchase is priced. The price shown is reflective of the market at the time that we contracted this coffee.
Guilder's Price - $4.25
This is the final price we pay for this coffee. This includes any premiums we might pay to the producer to make sure they are receiving a sustainable margin. It also includes all of the logistics of moving the coffee from its place of origin to our roastery in the Alameda neighborhood of Portland, OR, USA.
